Free Shippping

For orders that total $99 or more, there is no charge for shipping within the continental US. We will send your package ground, and it should arrive within 3 to 5 days, depending upon your proximity to Atlanta. We process all orders received before 5:00PM on the day that they arrive. On business days, we ship same day, otherwise we ship on the next business day. This process should reduce the time it takes to receive you products, but if you would prefer, we can still expedite shipping. We only charge the projected shipping cost, and do not add a handling fee, so we keep your expenses as low as possible.

Placing an Order in our Secure Environment

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket by pressing any of the e-store buttons on the left, and enter your credit card information on our secure 3rd party shopping cart page.

Please notice the https designation in the URL on the page where you input credit card information. Using an https: URL indicates that HTTP is used, but with additional security measures applied to the transactions. Guarantee & Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying only high quality products and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. In fact, we use each of the products ourselves before we add them to our skin care line.

If you need to return your Zeno, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please send an email to orders@yourskinscience.com or call us at 1.888.593.5307 within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.

Zeno is backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Dissatisfied customers may return Zeno within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price.

1. Please contact us at Skin Science by phone or e-mail to indicate that you would like to return your zeno.
2. You must return the product to us at Skin Science in the original packaging.
3. You must include proof of purchase including the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Multiple services and packages require a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge. Should you fail to cancel (or otherwise "no show") your appointment fee will be charged to the credit card number it's being held by.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards

Must be presented at the time service. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash.

We will never sell your e-mail address or personal information. From time to time, we may send information to our customers regarding special offers you may find of interest. If you would prefer not to get these e-mails, please send us an e-mail, and we will remove you from our list.
