- Does the Zeno really work?
- YES! My results have been extraordinary. Everyone in my family has one and we each use our Zeno at the first sign of an outbreak. Even when my skin is flawless, I feel better knowing it is right in my purse for an ‘emergency treatment’.
- Do you ship overseas?
- We can ship the Zeno overseas, but not Jan Marini skin care products. We make every effort to minimize shipping cost when we do ship to a foreign location, although we cannot extend our free shipping policy beyond domestic US destinations. If you send us an e-mail, we will estimate the shipping charges for you before you purchase your product.
- Can you ship to military personnel?
- Absolutely. We are committed to supporting our military, and will comply with the postal regulations for shipping to military bases.
- Can I return my Zeno?
- We have a refund policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The product must be returned in good condition within 30 days in the original container with a receipt showing the date of purchase. - What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would prefer to send us a check, please include the items you would like to purchase, your name, phone number, and e-mail address. Please call us if you are uncertain of the total amount of the purchase and/or tax amount.
- What else should I do to treat my Acne?
- Some of our Jan Marini products are an excellent supplement for treating acne. These products are much stronger than the products you purchase in department stores, and the advice of a skin care professional is critical in the proper choice and use of these products. We will provide you with a free consultation prior to purchasing Jan Marini products. Just call or e-mail us, and we will either set up an appointment or, if possible, we will help you during your call.
- If you live in the greater Atlanta/Roswell area, (or you plan to visit) we have services that have been very effective in treating troublesome skin. Micro-dermabrasion, chemical peels and LED light treatments are all effective in treating acne. Lynne will help you select the best treatment option for your particular situation.
- What if I have wrinkles as well as acne?
- We have medical grade products and services that improve the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles. In addition, we have FDA approved treatments for cellulite.
